1. Put some eggs on the little platform thing in the InstantPot.
2. Set to Steam on High Pressure for 3 minutes.
3. When it beeps, do quick release.
4. Once pressure equalizes, promptly remove lid and immerse eggs in cold water.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
